People & Culture Administration Officer

Part-time (0.4 FTE) | Fixed-term | Southbank Office

MSO is seeking a highly organised and proactive People & Culture Administration Officer to provide critical support across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting people and culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage People & Culture and Payroll inboxes
  • Prepare employment contracts and letters
  • Administer onboarding compliance including WWCC and policy acknowledgements
  • Support staff access and wellbeing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

About You

  • Certificate III in Office Business or equivalent experience
  • Background in HR or administrative support roles
  • Strong understanding of employment documentation and compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Confident handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and HRIS systems

Social Media Coordinator

Part-time (0.4 FTE) | Fixed-term contract to December 2025 | Southbank Office

MSO is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to implement its social media strategy. This role supports digital engagement across platforms, working closely with Marketing, Brand & Communications, and Development teams.

This is a 0.4 FTE position (15 hours per week), on a fixed-term contract until 19 December 2025. Based at the MSO Southbank offices, the role may require occasional flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver MSO’s social media strategy to grow and engage audiences
  • Create and publish high-quality content across platforms
  • Monitor, moderate and report on social media activity
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support campaigns
  • Stay across digital trends to maximise performance

About You

You are an organised, collaborative and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment. You bring:

  • Experience in social media management and content creation
  • Skills in Photoshop and video editing for digital platforms
  • A background in the performing arts or understanding of the Victorian arts sector
  • Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
